Delivery & Returns


Once an order has been accepted regular orders are dispatched within 2 working days and are shipped via Royal Mail, UPS or Parcel Force depending on the products ordered. Orders should be delivered to you within 2-5 working days. If you have not received your order by 7 working days from dispatch, then please contact us.

For the UK next day option, orders must be received before 14.00 on the (working) day of dispatch. Orders received after 14.00 and on weekends/holidays will be shipped on the next working day. We will use Royal Mail Special delivery for smaller items and DHL for larger items. Certain large/heavy items will not be able to be shipped on the next day service. We will attempt to contact you if there is a problem.

At busy times or during periods of poor weather deliveries may be delayed. Please ensure that you order items with sufficient time to reach you.

Delivery charges are calculated during the checkout based on your country of delivery. If there is an issue with the amount of delivery charged, then we will contact you prior to dispatch of the order.

Order tracking

If an order has been sent via a trackable service, you may request a tracking code once the order has shipped.


If you wish to cancel or return your order, then please contact us as soon as possible. You may cancel your order up to seven working days from the delivery date. To cancel an order then please contact us. Returned items should be returned in good condition and will be inspected before a refund is issued.

Please note that some items are excluded from this returns period. These include:

Custom made items such as cables (unless the fault is ours)

Cartography that has been downloaded (by ourselves or the customer)

Faulty Items

If an item is faulty within 30 days of delivery, then please contact us. Outside of this period items with a manufacturer's warranty can be sent for repair with manufacture by contacting their service department. Please check the documentation with your item for details.


All items will be inspected for damage before a refund can be issued.

If a refund is issued this will include the cost of the outbound postage. We will not refund the cost of returning an item to us.
